You'll immediately notice nautical themes throughout the home, including the extremely unique ship rope bannister on the stairs leading to the second floor.<br><br>The kitchen has a beautiful center island with plenty of seating at the breakfast bar, a beautiful backsplash, and access to the home’s backyard and patio. Off of the kitchen there is a mud room with a side entrance to the home, where you'll also find a bar and coffee/ tea preparation station, as well as a great place to store all of your beach towels and shoes after coming in from a day on the water.<br><br>Stepping off of the dining room through the sliding glass doors, exit out onto a gorgeous back patio with outdoor dining options, seating in the shade under the pergola with a swinging bench hung next to the hot tub.
