Across the Bass River is West Dennis beach, another prime spot for relaxing and sunbathing, or taking a stroll along the 1+ mile stretch of sand. Inside the home, 3 bedrooms offer space for 6 guests, along with 2 full bathrooms, eat-in kitchen, living area, a sunroom breezeway, and a decked area outside with a propane grill. Two of the larger bedrooms each have a Queen bed, and the third bedroom offers two twin bunk beds. The living room offers comfortable seating and a flat screen Smart TV with cable and streaming, so you can enjoy a movie night, or catch up on the news and weather in the morning. Outdoor dining seating provides a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the evenings, a fire pit to cozy up to as the sun sets, and an outdoor shower provides an ideal place to rinse off after a day in the sun and sand. We just had the best time in Cape Cod. This house is so conveniently located by the beach, restaurants, mini golf (putt putt) and ice cream shops. Plus it's right off 28 which helped us get to so many other fun towns and beaches. The house had everything we needed...great space and layout, was easy to use, great air conditioning and fans, lots of extra blankets and towels, kitchen and laundry supplies and the house more than met our expectations. Would easily book again!

House is small with no frills. Kitchen is well stocked but stove and oven are small which made cooking for our family a little more challenging. House was clean on the surface but as soon as anything was moved or under the bed it was very dusty. There were some personal items from prior guests left behind that didn't get cleaned out of drawers and a dirty towel left on a hook. Bathrooms were otherwise well cleaned. Beds were comfy. Only one TV in the living room. We identified a problem with ants and host was very willing to come address the issue promptly. Close walk to a beach but no beach chairs or beach towels were provided. Neighborhood location is great - close to everything but very quiet. Overall this rental was fine but not the best fit for us.
