Basic cottage. Clean. Great WiFi. Close to all Wellfleet restaurants galleries and shops. A little worn around the edges. Beds need upgrade. Bathroom door hits shower which is cramped. Awesome water pressure.

The location was perfect. We could walk across the road to the beach -stunning bay views. The communication was very good!

The cottage is unpretentious and in a great location, which is key. Walking distance to everything in town. Having stayed in the area before, I didn't expect fancy, just beachy. That said, it felt like end of season wear and tear. The polyester sheets were pilled (please use 100% cotton, so much nicer to sleep on) and the mattresses in both rooms had us waking up achy. The small coffeepot didn't work (luckily there was a backup) and all vacations homes should have a corkscrew imho. I would stay here again, but I'd bring by own sheets and maybe a mattress topper.
