The house is great-looks and feels a bit better than the pics, honestly. The kitchen has everything that's needed (and in truth being so close in proximity to SO many restaurants, who needs a kitchen-but it's a fully appointed one!) The primary bath has an amazing dual-purpose steam-room/shower. Really loved that. Made great use of it! I had a last minute need to preempt my reservation by one day, checking in a day early. The property management group responded to my request immediately (thank God they had the availability and flexibility) and updated my reservation! I had a minor need during my stay and they responded to THAT immediately, as well. Magnificent. The location is perfect. Though it's off Bradford it's legitimately in the center of town. Couldn't be more in the middle of everything while at the same time being *just* enough off Commercial that it's perfect for high season. And right after check-out I received a call asking if everything met my expectations. Bravo.

We were truly surprised with how well everything went! Never used Del Mar before but will definitely use them again. Place was spotless, stocked with necessities, and instructions were clear and accurate. So good we already booked again for next year!
