This was the first time staying in a Del Mar property. It exceeded my expectations. The rental was meticulous, the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. The communication was outstanding. Each Del Mar associate I spoke to gave me the time and attention needed with a number of things - help finding the property in the dark, making sure I got inside safely, as well as other associated questions. I called Del Mar property management several times, each time the experience was exceptional. As a first time solo traveler with my pup, it made both of us feel very safe. The unit was very well appointed with essentials, making the stay extremely comfortable. I will definitely be staying in a Del Mar property again.

The location was great, the unit was super cute and clean, it was also very easy to get in and access the property. Unfortunately, we did have a few issues during our stay. The Wi-Fi was very spotty and inconsistent, which made it difficult to rely on. The TV was also quite small. I also felt that the communication could have been more personal. Most of the messages were very automated, so there wasn't much of a sense of personal interaction or support. Additionally, there was an issue involving someone at Del Mar Rentals where a link was shared that shouldn't have been with a request for financial information outside of Airbnb. Overall, the location, space and ease of access were great, but the Wi-Fi, tiny tv, and communication issues took away from the overall experience.

A great little basement apartment! Very clean, stylish, and close to everything. Too cold for the pool but it looked super cute! Hosts were super accommodating and helpful. I canceled due to bad weather and then "un" canceled and they were very understanding! I def want to return and stay longer!
