This newly renovated summer cottage is the ideal spot for an unforgettable Cape Cod Vacation! Walk into the open concept living room with vaulted ceilings and relax on the couches under plenty of natural light. To your left, you’ll find stairs that lead up to the 2nd floor TV/Lounge room. Open to the living room is a full-equipped, eat-in chef's kitchen with oversized black granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of kitchen supplies--all impeccably organized and well maintained! To the right of the kitchen is a large formal dining table for family meals, or you can choose to walk a few steps further and enjoy a meal at the picnic table in the screened-in sunroom. Also on the first floor are two bedrooms, each with two twin beds, and matching rustic white shiplap accent walls. At the end of the hall on your left, you’ll find the first of two sparkling clean bathrooms, with a luxurious white tile shower and spacious granite vanity. Straight ahead in the closet, you’ll find an Electrolux stackable Washer & Dryer, and to your right enter the Master bedroom with a Queen bed, ceiling fan, his/her matching closets, private en suite bathroom, and a slider that opens up to the deck and patio area. Enjoy the private neighborhood beach just a short walk down a dirt road, or you can get in your car and take a quick drive to Thumpertown or Kingsbury beach. Other amenities include WiFi, Smart TV with cable, gas grill, dog-friendly, and sheets and bath towels provided for each guest. We had a wonderful stay at Cerulean Skies. The house was immaculate upon arrival and extremely well organized . . . Cabinets labeled, clear and simple instructions for lights, fans, doors, etc., and check-in/check-out couldn't have been easier. The kitchen is wonderful . . . Our son is a chef and he had everything he needed and more for cooking. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood . . . just a short walk to the beach where we enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets. Del Mar was wonderful with communication. . . Very friendly and quick to answer any questions I had. We travel a lot and I can honestly say that I would chose a Delmar property any chance I could.

Great space for a family! Loved the open layout, large kitchen and various gathering spots. The backyard was a wonderful place to hang/play with multiple young families. The location was a quick drive to many beaches and also a short walk to a local beach.

An enchanting spot for a memorable family vacation! Classic Cape Cod home, wonderful open space floor plan, great kitchen, lots of light, spacious back yard, and very walkable neighborhood.
