After returning from the beach or pond, rinse sandy toes in the outdoor shower before settling in for the evening. As the stars come out, gather around the wood-burning fire pit for s’mores, stories, and a glass of your favorite wine. Your four-legged family members can come along for the adventure and enjoy the spacious backyard.

When you’re ready to get out on the water, Flax Pond is less than a 10-minute walk away, and the home provides kayaks, canoe, and a paddleboard for even more outdoor fun. A quick drive or bike ride brings you to some of the area’s favorite bay beaches, including Corporation Beach and Mayflower Beach, both wonderful spots for a day by the water and unforgettable Cape Cod sunsets.

When it’s time to explore the local dining scene, start the morning with breakfast at Grumpy’s, grab seafood at Captain Frosty’s or Chapin’s Bayside, or enjoy a meal by the water at Sesuit Harbor Cafe. For an elevated dinner, head to Scargo Cafe. If you’d rather spend the day surrounded by nature, explore the trails and scenery at Crowes Pasture Conservation Area, then discover more of historic Dennis and its classic Cape Cod charm along route 6A.

Whether your days are spent paddling on Flax Pond, chasing sunsets at the beach, sharing dinner on the deck, or unwinding around the fire pit, Shell Landing gives you a comfortable home base for experiencing the best of Dennis.
