Nicely furnished and immaculately clean cottage. Kitchen was well-equipped, and there were plenty of towels, toiletries and other essentials. Beds were comfy and the shower was perfect. The location was just right for exploring the entire Cape. Del-Mar was quick to answer emailed queries, and was a good company to work with. Would recommend a stay here!

We had a great stay! The house was well stocked: kitchen necessities, laundry and dish soaps, drying rack, fans, blankets, etc. Del Mar left a nice welcome gift, which was much appreciated. Having a living area downstairs for the kids was amazing! While the pond was dry so the kids couldn't fish, they had a blast exploring outside. Would definitely book again.

I booked the "Tranquil Ponds" home for a Girls' Getaway. From the time that I began my search in June for a fall rental on Cape Cod right up until the last day of our trip, I found communication with the various members of the Del Mar team to be outstanding. I was particularly impressed with James whom I spoke with on the phone when a couple of questions about one of the appliances arouse. He was quick to answer our questiions and to offer solutions and did so in a most professional and yet friendly manner. The home suited our needs beautifully. The open space that encompassed the living, dining, and kitchen area was spacious and at the same time felt warm and inviting. The view from the large back sliders and deck was peaceful and serene. I think it is safe to say that from the time we stepped through the doors we felt very much at home. Both the Del Mar team and the home itself made our Getaway such a positive experience that I feel sure that we will book through them again.
