Lots of room for a large group visiting the Cape! The home was a bit smaller than expected and the layout of the home had a few adjoining rooms. This was okay since the home was for a family stay. Appreciate the responsiveness of the team, but a few items were missing such as a ladder for one of the bunkbeds.

The place is good for large groups of people as it is hard to find other listings with as many separate bedrooms. The one bedroom is wedged between two other bedrooms so that one is only semi private. There is a decent amount of wear and tear on the actual walls, bathroom, etc. They however did a nice job with decor and trying to set up a happy space. I felt it was a little over priced after staying there but again there are few options that allow a large group to stay together.

Great spot!!! Walkable to lots of places in Dennis Port. Hosts were very communicative ahead of time and responsive. The house is an older Cape Style but very clean, spacious and great for a big group - and very fair for the pricing. Quick drive to local beaches and popular spots like Pelham House and Chapins, located in a quiet residential area. The only major downside of the location was check in time was early evening and check out was earlier than most places. For a big group traveling to the Cape it makes it tough to plan with those time constraints and making the most of just 3 days/2 nights with those check out times. Other than that I would still definitely recommend this spot!
