This home truly exceeded my expectations, I had see clips of rooms on social media, but none do the scope and scale of this home justice. It was exceptionally clean, spacious, and offered more than the listing shared. I can't guarantee all the extras will be there each time, but the kids toys in the basement, the spices in the pantry, and all the other things were great! Each room was large, let in a lot of light, and included a bathroom. Our primary room was INSANE! the bathroom is larger than some NYC apartments. The bedroom had the most AMAZING views of the ocean. Though you're not right on the ocean, the walk is less than 90 seconds, and you're toes are in the water. We took some dreamy photos out there. On rainy cooler days, this house can be enjoyed from any room, with plenty of space for people to spread out. The only thing I would recommend, is some sort of high-vis tap on the step in the kitchen, we had a senior take a nasty fall missing this step. Otherwise, this house was a dream, I can only hope we an afford to come back. Del Mar was also super easy to work with and are real people responding to questions. Great experience.
