Spend a day at nearby Chatham Lighthouse Beach, located only half a mile from downtown or two miles from the property, where you can relax on the beach, enjoying the sun, sand, and ocean, or try climbing to the peak of the lighthouse to be treated to breathtaking panoramic views of the beach and surrounding scenery.<br><br>Back at the property, you will enjoy a large grassy yard; perfect for running around with the kids (and dog) and playing yard games.
