Just a five minute walk to popular Ridgevale Beach and quick drive to Downtown Chatham or Harwich Port makes this a perfect location too. The main floor offers a wide open floor plan with 2 separate living areas, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with large deck to enjoy lovely views of Buck's Creek while barbecuing and enjoying the sunset. One bedroom with trundle bed and attached full, shower bath complete the first floor. The second floor has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with king size bed has access to 2nd story deck with spectacular views! 2 more bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and another with a queen bed, and a full bath with tub/shower combo make up the second floor. Bring the kayak and enjoy easy access and amazing sunsets while exploring Bucks Creek to complete our fantastic vacation any time of year. My family and I loved this place! Very easy walk to the beach. Beautiful scenery and the home is the quintessential cape cop get away. We'll be staying here again! My only recommendations for improvement are the beds and the couches could be more comfortable. Also the queen bed is a fold out which we surprised by.

House and location were great for what we were looking for. Easy walkable access to Ridgevale beach which is good for families, shallow, low waves with lots of exploring. Will get busy with families and will get a line for cars, so walking in is great. House has great deck space for chilling. Back yard has room for games but is sloped with nice view into waterways. Great access for kayaking in waterways from end of road and drive into center of Chatham in 10mins. House it self is spacious but I would say the decor and amenities are a little dated, but functional. We chose the house as it fit our requirements for parking, beds , baths and location. Basement has dryer/washer with some beach material. As someone else noted, it could probably do with a good spring cleaning, windows, shelves etc. but it wasn't dirty or cluttered. Delmar was very responsive and helpful.
