My family and I loved this place! Very easy walk to the beach. Beautiful scenery and the home is the quintessential cape cop get away. We'll be staying here again! My only recommendations for improvement are the beds and the couches could be more comfortable. Also the queen bed is a fold out which we surprised by.

House and location were great for what we were looking for. Easy walkable access to Ridgevale beach which is good for families, shallow, low waves with lots of exploring. Will get busy with families and will get a line for cars, so walking in is great. House has great deck space for chilling. Back yard has room for games but is sloped with nice view into waterways. Great access for kayaking in waterways from end of road and drive into center of Chatham in 10mins. House it self is spacious but I would say the decor and amenities are a little dated, but functional. We chose the house as it fit our requirements for parking, beds , baths and location. Basement has dryer/washer with some beach material. As someone else noted, it could probably do with a good spring cleaning, windows, shelves etc. but it wasn't dirty or cluttered. Delmar was very responsive and helpful.
