Spacious cozy house full of amenities: big deck, fire pit, laundry room and others. Incredibly big living room. The house is also steps away from the biking trail and has 3 bikes in the garage which was amazing. It's in the walking distance from the beach and really close to dining and shopping places. Perfect place to stay on Cape Cod with your friends and family

I celebrated my 60th birthday there with my 4 children, spouses and grandchildren and even the dog. It was perfect for all of us. The house was spacious and was beautifully decorated! I loved the nautical atmosphere. The kitchen had everything you needed. The enormous living room fit us all, and even had some games for the kids. The bedrooms were good size and the beds were comfortable. I loved the little upstairs library area. Our favorite was the rope swing! The kids and adults had many laughs! The yard was big enough for a fun game of whiffle ball we enjoyed. We spent time around the fire pit and used the bikes for a short ride to the end of Crosby Lane to the beach. Crosby Beach was pretty and a perfect spot to see the Brewster Flats. We spent time at Nickerson Park where the boys fished and the girls hiked. We were surprisingly welcomed with a beautiful basket filled with treats. I highly recommend this home. We enjoyed our time together and made lasting memories!
