Absolutely a wonderful place. Unlike many Cape homes, she is recently, completely remodeled in every way. Court has very little traffic with wildlife everywhere to relax with (rabbits, birds, deer, even a big family of turkeys). Easy walk to a great nature trail all the way to the water or the old Brewster Cemetery. Home is centrally located to all things in Brewster and much that the mid cape has to offer. Exterior Fire pit, new deck, grill, even an outside shower w/ hot and cold water. Interior is 100% done with a/c, skylights, and bathroom with large, modern shower. Although you can walk to the beach, it will be a very long hike if you are carrying beach gear (about a mile). You can get a quick day pass to park online and there were lots of spots in late august. Yes, they do come every few hours to give tickets so be sure to pay daily. The place could use a microwave but that's about it. If we return to the cape - we would rent here again in a minute - a wonderful value!

Great space. Small but efficient and very beachy! Outside space great with fire pit and dining deck. Inside dining is at kitchen counter . Close to Brewster beaches. Permit required 6/15- Labor Day. Excellent beaches. Tide goes out 1 mile at low tide. Easy walking. Swimming at high tide a delight. Every day a different adventure. Close to local markets and restaurants. Host is very responsive. Will book this home again if available.
