Bring your beach buggie, flip flops and sand toys and get ready to enjoy a three minute walk to Robbins Hill beach right out the front door of our home. Start your day by brewing up some coffee and enjoying it on the large front deck or your private balcony off the primary bedroom, while taking in the ocean views from either. You can turn off the central AC and open the sliders to enjoy the ocean breeze on balmy days. As the ocean calls, pack up your beach gear and take the short walk down the street to the beach where you’ll spend the day soaking up the sunshine and splashing in the waves. End your day by enjoying your favorite cocktail while you grill up some fresh seafood or other summertime favorites. This home has two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a King bed, and one with two Twin beds. The main floor also had a large living and dining area for hanging out, full bathroom and small, but well-equipped kitchen. The second floor of our home has one bedroom with a King bed, full bathroom, and one “bonus” room with two twin beds, best suited for the kids in the group. Enjoy a quiet evening around the fire pit toasting marshmallows and keep the kids entertained with the provided lawn games. While beach access is this home’s big appeal, don’t forget that Brewster has a ton of great dining, shopping, and entertainment options that we’d be happy to help coordinate for you -- feel free to ask us for recommendations. Even your pups can join in on the fun, as dogs are welcome at our home. We had a lovely stay. House was well stocked and location was great.

We were on the Cape for a soccer tournament over a long fall weekend. This house was perfectly located to the tournament, which was in various towns. More importantly, it was a truly a 2 min walk to the beach!!The house was exactly as pictured and the property manager(s) were very communicative and flexible. Our family liked the separate nature of the bedrooms on the first floor and second. I slept upstairs with my 12 y.o., the soccer player, and her teenage sisters could sleep downstairs and stay up later.And, this is one of the few places we found online that allowed my Lab.Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

This is a wonderful property in many ways. The location is incredible - it really is three minutes to the beach, if you walk slowly! It's a lovely beach and when you aren't there, you have a great view of the sunset! The outdoor space is fabulous - we ate every meal out on the deck, and spent a great deal of time hanging out there as well. The bonus stack on the upper level had an incredible view.The layout of the rooms was excellent for our four adults and three children. The kitchen is a little small and not very well equipped at all, but it was totally fine for a week. The only major complaint was that the downstairs "king" bed was two very unpleasant twin mattresses pushed together, and the bathroom fixtures on the first floor all seem to be falling apart a little bit.On the whole, a super house that we were very glad to be in for a week!
