You'll immediately notice nautical themes throughout the home, including the extremely unique ship rope bannister on the stairs leading to the second floor. Straight ahead from the living room is an open concept dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has a beautiful center island with plenty of seating at the breakfast bar, a beautiful backsplash, and access to the home’s backyard and patio. Off of the kitchen there is a mud room with a side entrance to the home, where you'll also find a bar and coffee/ tea preparation station, as well as a great place to store all of your beach towels and shoes after coming in from a day on the water.
