This freestanding cottage features heart pine wood floors in the kitchen/living area, with a smart TV, a new sofa, and dining set. Located off the main living space are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The sliding doors off of the living room lead to a deck, so you can enjoy a cool drink after a day of fun in the sun at the pool. There is also a second deck in the more private, fully fenced-in yard, which can be accessed via the kitchen entrance, along with an enclosed outdoor shower.
There is comfortable parking for one car/SUV or two small sedans in the shell driveway, to the left of the cottage’s front deck. In addition, there are many great nearby attractions: Drummer Cove is a five-minute drive away and the Cshore Kitchen is just three miles up the road. Take a trip downtown to visit the shops, and enjoy the amazing views from Wellfleet Pier and Mayo beach. Conveniently located on Route 6, without all the noise! Here you’ll find a little something for everyone!
