Get away from it all this summer at our waterfront property situated next to Rock Harbor in Orleans.  Enjoy access to our private beach via the deeded path and walkway, soak up the sun on the chaise lounges on the wrap-around deck, and watch the most spectacular sunsets over the Cape Cod Bay!  Just minutes from town, local options include renting a bike from Orleans Cycle to take on the Rail Trail, popping into Hog Island Brewery for some authentic Cape Cod beer, or picking up supplies from Main Street Wine & Gourmet to make the best charcuterie board you will have in your life!

Rinse the salt off in the outdoor shower and then head inside to cool down in the A/C (split systems that act like Central Air).  Open the main entry door and enter into the blended living room/dining room area. Bask in the sun shining in from the bay as you relax on the couch by the decorative wood fireplace and curl up to read a book.  Off the main space awaits the galley-style kitchen (there is also another small kitchen on the ground floor), fully loaded with stainless-steel Bosch appliances, a drip coffee maker, toaster, and tea kettle.  Be sure to head to Friend’s Marketplace to get everything you need for making a delicious homemade brunch (including Mimosas-- try them the Cape Cod way by using cranberry juice!) and savor the meal around the dining table in luxurious emerald chairs or dine al fresco on the deck under the motorized retractable awning. After brunch, head to the den to catch up on Shark Week on the TV or, better yet, watch the ships pass by on the horizon outside the slider. 

When you’re ready to retreat to your corners, our home has 4 bedrooms to accommodate as many as 8 guests. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen-size bed with accents of modern flair and classic furnishings. The second bedroom is right next door with 2 twin-sized beds dressed in pretty pink and green with a dab of 70s vogue. Amenities in both these rooms include ceiling fans and dressers and easy access to the recently remodeled bathroom featuring a tiled shower with sliding glass door. The 2 additional bedrooms are on the ground level. The first is Cerulean blue and white with a king-sized bed and dresser for storage. The fourth bedroom is multicolored with 2 twin-sized beds and a dresser. These two rooms share the second full bathroom, located steps away.

Not quite ready for bed? Gather round the foosball table for a quick match, play a competitive game of "Spot It!" at the table (The Red Balloon Toy Shop right down the street has a huge selection of games), or wander back outside and roast a late-night snack over the firepit. Other amenities include WiFi, washer/dryer, cable TV, gas grill, and a motorized retractable awning over the deck.  Our home is dog friendly, and sheets and bath towels are provided for each guest. Last but not least, be sure to hit up some of our local favorites: Hot Chocolate Sparrow for a frozen mocha, Viv’s Kitchen & Juice Bar for an acai bowl, The Cornerstore for a crafted burrito/bowl, The Knack for locally sourced burgers and fish tacos, or The Land Ho for traditional Cape fare and local color.
