14434 Picture Perfect: Beautiful family home, short walk to private beach, sleeps 8!
This spacious home, located on the bay side of Eastham, is perfect for a large family, two families, a group of friend, or a mixture of both. A footpath from our house will lead you down to private Dunes Beach or public Thumpertown Beach in minutes. There are also a number of a great places to eat nearby; you can be at the famous Arnold’s Lobster & Clam Bar, Red Barn Pizza, Hole in One Bakery & Coffee Shop, or Karoo Restaurant in under 5 minutes. If you prefer to stay in, we have an awesome screened-in sunroom, where you can have a meal at any time of the day while enjoying the ocean breeze. On the first floor of our home, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, living area with TV and plenty of board games, master bedroom with queen bed and en suite full bathroom, another queen bedroom, and a half bathroom off the kitchen. Upstairs is another living area with TV and two more bedrooms, each with two twin beds, and a full bathroom; perfect for the kids! There is a cupola up another flight of stairs, where you can lounge with cocktails and enjoy the view. Other amenities include WiFi, cable TV, central A/C, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, gas grill, and we also provide sheets and bath towels at no extra cost. Such an amazing location, combined with all the space and amenities you could want, make this vacation rental one that you won’t want to miss out on!
