We had a very nice stay at this property. It was clean and spacious . We used the bonfire easily ! Walking to Menauhant beach was quick and safe . Overall great experience.

Had a great stay! The location was perfect-private, convenient, and close to everything we needed. The space itself was bigger than expected and beautifully decorated. One of the beds was incredibly comfortable- appreciated that there were different firmness options available. Received a very thoughtful handwritten welcome note along with a cozy blanket, which was such a sweet touch (although the card mentioned wine and aperitifs that weren’t there- but no big deal 😆). Communication with management was excellent-very responsive and easy to reach. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this place!

This spot is amazing. Even on such a busy Labor Day weekend at the cape, the easy Falmouth area was easy going. The beach was never over crowded and such an easy walk- even with a 2 year old and 2 adults in their mid 70’s! The house itself is equally perfect. The space is spread out, clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. I love that there are so many bathrooms inside. We did not use the guest house, but it was DO adorable and equally clean and comfortable looking. It also had a small, but full bathroom with sink, toilet, and standing shower. The windows also have great blinds. We traveled with a Toddler so the master suite with the laundry room/small bed was such a perfect place for us. It was so quiet. I have no complaints. This spot is awesome. It far exceeded our expectations. If you find the tiny beach, it is not the main one! The big one is to the left of the main road from the house. It’s great! Shelly, but super quiet. Maybe bring a cart with you? But not even necessary.

Great location, updated interior, walking distance to the beach and very peaceful. The home has air conditioning in the bedrooms but not central air making the other rooms uncomfortable during the heat wave we had during our stay.
