The house and cottage were a perfect fit for our group of 7, and it felt like everyone had space and privacy. Even though each individual building is small and cozy, the layout was open, airy, and it flowed well. Everything felt newly updated, and the kitchen was well-stocked and easy to navigate. The beds were quite comfortable. They provided us with extra beach towels, games, spices and other helpful kitchen condiments. The patio in the back with hot tub was a great place to relax in the chillier-than-usual August weather, and we loved being able to easily walk to the Dennis Pond beach to swim. Del Mar was very professional and responsive. We highly recommend this spot!

Great location to everything. Very private and 2 cottages on the same property are ideal for larger families to stay but have their own space.
