Leaking ceiling and running toilet was addressed quickly

Beautiful home, spacious and clean. The home fits a large family comfortably. The down side is they only allow 3 cars in the driveway. The 2 car garage is now off limits for renters. You can only use the bedroom space upstairs and the bathroom. We had an unfortunate situation with the main bathroom upstairs. On the first night the shower started leaking below the tub and down the wall into kitchen which left the shower inaccessible. Following our stay Del Mar reimbursed us a small amount of money. We were disappointed because the home is expensive to rent so they should make sure all the plumbing is functioning before a large group comes in. It was a big inconvenience. Pros: Del Mar is very responsive and proactive when issues arise.

Great location, the house was very clean and very spacious! Will stay here again.

I love the house, the yard is so beautiful, I want to come back again.
