The location was convenient to local stores and restaurants so we could stock up on provisions or go out to eat. The home was roomy, comfortable, well appointed, clean, super comfortable beds and plenty of extra blankets. The Del Mar management team was very helpful before, during and after our stay by texting needed info and letting us know how to reach them. We only had to reach out to them once and they replied immediately .... on a Friday evening! We would definitely stay here again.

Short walk to the beach quiet neighborhood and so close to Hyannis

Great location!! We love Colonial Acres Beach, this house was an easy walk to the beach and to family staying nearby. The house was so clean, Del Mar does a fantastic job managing the property. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately with an email, phone call, and even a visit to fix the television. Two full bathrooms were a huge plus for our family of 4! And we appreciated having a washing machine and dryer more than we realized we would. The grill in the back yard worked great. The kitchen has been redone since the property pictures, and looks so nice! All in all, it was cozy and comfortable. The A/C window units kept us comfortable during a very hot week down the Cape. Back to location, there’s lots to do in the West Yarmouth/Hyannis area. This is a great spot.
