We had an amazing stay! We had several family members visiting the Cape for a wedding. The house was perfect with enough space for everyone. The private apartments were a nice added feature. The kitchen was great - well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our evenings sitting around chatting in the front room and spent the mornings with coffee/tea on the front porch! It was so nice to have a coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance. I just feel like we lucked out. Loved every minute of it!

Beautiful home with plenty of room for 8 adults ,A one year old and two pets. Kitchen and dining area were very spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely two week vacation at this house. It was spotless when we arrived, the Del Mar staff couldn’t have been more responsive , check in was a breeze. The house itself is gorgeous. The common areas are large and the sleeping rooms gave everyone their own private space. The two studio apartments were a bonus and we had cook outs many nights in the spacious outdoor area. The whole experience was over the top for us and has left us with so many wonderful memories. Please extend a special thanks to the Team at Del Mar for an extraordinary trip!

This is a charming old home in a good and safe central location. It comfortably fit 11 of us for a vacation with extended family including 3 generations. 2 separate apartments meantthe couple without kids who might like to sleep a bit later can do so, and the teen and friend who stay up past midnight to listen to music can have privacy. A good base for short drives to the beach, and day trips to P town or the islands. In the main house a spacious very well stocked kitchen and adjoining dining room space, where several of us could be meal-prepping or sitting and chatting while kids played or worked on puzzles at the same time. Big comfortable living room and smaller family room with TV. Big back patio with tons of seating and a big gas grill perfect for outdoor eating or relaxation. Front porch with plenty of rocking chairs was our favorite spot to sit with our morning coffee or evening beverage. It’s an old house with old house quirks. Air condition doesn’t reach upstairs. Bring fans.
