This house was perfect for our group, and the location close to the beach can’t be beat!

This was a great place to stay on the Cape! We were looking for a place in Dennis to be near other family members staying at a nearby hotel. House is very comfortable, kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. If you’re traveling with babies or young kids like we were the house is on one floor, which is a plus. Short drive to Scargo Lake, Grumpy’s for breakfast, bike trails. We would stay here again!

The house was very clean, spacious, practically furnished and the sun room was a favorite spot. The kitchen was bigger than our last several cape rentals. The neighborhood was pretty and shady and a very short ride to Mayflower, donut shop, great restaurants, nice shops. Kids liked the bunk beds very muchWould’ve been nice to have option to check in early if available but it is clearly communicated that this is not an option / not to ask

Needed updating especially the bathrooms. Great location. We had issues with the grill but fixed it. It has two refrigerators which was a plus. There were little items that needed fixing like a broken closet door and a shower door that was off its track.
