Beautiful home. Kitchen was amazing. Very comfortable throughout. Great location. Everything was spotless. Would definitely stay here. I also appreciated that Del Mar was quick to respond when we had a question about the TV and WiFi.

The house worked wonderfully for the 7 of us who were in town for a wedding. The house was clean and spacious, which we all appreciated. The house was in a great location. It was a nice surprise to see the pool was open, but had quite a few leaves in it, hence the time of year. Our son and girlfriend still jumped in as a cold plunge before they enjoyed themselves in the hot tub. My only real complaint was not having access to an ironing board & iron. After reaching out we were told it would be located next to the washer & dryer which was not the case. We reached out a second time and were told it should be in a closet. We checked all the closets to no avail. I relayed that to Del Mar and was given no response. So going to a wedding and not having access to an iron was very disappointing. The only other snafu which we ended up remedying on our own was their Roku would not hook up to the internet so we had to use our own hot spot which wasn’t the end of the world. All in all a great stay

A great house, LOTS of room , unique, fun, comfy layout and nice furniture. 5 levels! great game room with foosball, air hockey, giant TV, multi-level decks galore, with lots of outdoor seating. well equipped kitchen, including many things you need but would never remember to bring from home. Grounds very well kept, private backyard and pool area, includes Hot Tub, awesome, and fire pit with plenty of wood. Super clean, kudos to Team Del Mar. sheets, towels, ( bath and beach/pool) made life super easy. Plenty of off-street parking Were here for a nearby wedding, we'd gladly return if needed to be in this part of the Cape. to be aware: there are lots of stairs, a challenge if toddlers. One nice bedroom with nearby full bath is main /entry level for adults who need to limit stairs.

This place made our trip amazing! It is absolutely beautiful and as clean as can possibly be! Large with lots of space and incredible outdoor areas. SO happy! Would definitely go back!!!!!!! Great space for large groups and families!
