Very nice home with everything you need for a weeks stay. Great hosts!

We stayed at this location for a few days with my parents and our two dogs. We had an amazing time relaxing at the house and enjoying the nearby beaches and restaurants. We had issues with the WiFi on arrival and Del Mar rectified it immediately, we were very impressed with their response time. We would definitely book with them again.

House felt like home for us and our dog. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Fantastic kitchen/BBQ - huge and impressively equipped. The beverage fridge was great. Beds very comfy and wonderful layout for two families with kids. Pool was refreshing and fun to hang around. We used the screened in porch for breakfasts and made s’mores around the firepit. Basement became movie and gaming space. DelMar was great w communication- quick to respond and fix a hot water issue. House is close to Upper/Lower Pond - about a 20min bike ride where you can hike, fish, SUP/kayak. About 15 min to Brewster Bay beaches (Crosby Landing) and 20-25 min to Nauset Beach/Nauset Light beaches and National Seashore. It’s about 10min drive to Nickerson State Park and Rail Trail parking there and even closer to neighborhood coffee shops/restaurants/ice cream spots. Great access to explore local areas as well - fishing in Chatham ( 20min) and a drive to Provincetown (50-60 min). Overall great spot!
