We had a great stay at this home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, well-kept, and roomy, with comfortable beds and space to easily sleep eight people. The open kitchen and living area made gathering easy, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the things we needed. The additional living room in the basement was great for kids to spread out and play. The property’s dog-friendly setup was convenient and worked well for our family. The bathrooms and showers were great, and everything in the house felt normal and straightforward—nothing quirky, which isn’t always the case with rentals. We visited in the winter, but the deck and outdoor space looked lovely for warmer months. The location worked well for us since we’re familiar with the area.

we had a nice long weekend at the house. it was centrally located to all the events we had for a friend’s wedding. the house was cute and very clean and the del mar team was always quick to respond to any questions.

This was our first time visiting Cape Cod. The house was perfect for our needs, clean and updated kitchen and bathrooms. It was a well equipped kitchen, great gas grill, plenty of towels and linens. The neighborhood was perfect for walks with our dog.Overall house was very comfortable and cute and easy access to bike path, beaches and parks.The only improvements would be an electric kettle and more lights in the rooms. A heads up about sprinkler system and incline of driveway to avoid bottoming out with a bike rack and dousing of bikes left outside would be well received.
