Great location for a wedding in cape cod. Plenty of space for everyone. Only downfall was no shower on the first floor, both were upstairs.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house itself is much larger in person compared to the pictures and the kitchen was well stocked! Check in was at 4pm and checkout was at 9am. The location of the house itself is also great, located between Harwich and Chatham. About a 3-5 min ride down to Jack Knife Harbor. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone!

There were a few hiccups with the property which was due to it being recently taken over by Del Mar and needed some attention. While a couple of the issues needed immediate resolution Del Mar were very responsive and the customer service was excellent. They did everything they could to sort these out as a priority so we could have the best time there.
