Great amenities, location and cleanliness. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots, dishes etc. Spacious garage to keep bikes and whatever else you brought. Television somewhat difficult to find stations. Only negatives are the beds . Master much too soft and felt old. Queen bed ok. Twins beds had hard mattresses. But that was our opinion. You may find them to your liking.

Overall we had a nice stay. The house was very clean, they even vacuumed the couch! Location was great. Less than a mile from Red River Beach and in between Chatham & Harwich Port villages. Less than a 10 minute drive to both. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen. The backyard was nice with seating, fire pit table and dining table. Being a dog friendly house, it would have been great if the backyard was fenced in. The only things we didn't like were the following; The bathrooms, they were dated and very small. My husband is 6'4" so felt cramped in the bathrooms. The landscaping in front of the house needs some work. Many of the bushes close to the front of the house were overgrown and blocked the front windows. The TV was hard to understand. It was a Roku TV and we were told we could get live access, but that wasn't completely accurate. It was opening weekend for the NFL and it was hard to get access to all the live games.

Clean and well stocked home! Beautiful location on a quiet street.

Great stay, great home. Will keep this one in mind for future rentals. Although it was not expected, greatly appreciated the early check-in and check-out at 10 AM. Great experience, thank you.
