The house was perfect for our weekend stay. We enjoyed the lovely and well-stocked kitchen, the outdoor firepit and the upstairs outdoor deck. All bedrooms were nicely decorated and the house was immaculate. We loved the proximity to Forrest Beach and the nature preserve. Del Mar was very accomodating and communicative.

Amazing cozy cottage in the center of the cape’s cutest seaside hamlet. We enjoyed walks to forest beach, takeout pizza and proximity to so many amazing locations to enjoy, from museums and restaurants to shopping and authentic local artisans. Would definitely join this house again for our family of five. Our kids also loved the foosball and fun board games on rainy days.

What a beautiful, spacious home! Only a few minutes walk to the beach and ample room to spread out and enjoy the property. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials and the house had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property, exactly as pictured. Clean, quiet neighborhood, 10min walk to beach & 5min drive into town. Was a perfect vacation home for my family of 10, including young kids (who loved the basement play area and kid friendly bedroom!) I wish they had beach towels to use, and wish check-in wasn’t as late as 4pm with a checkout as early as 9am!
