Great house. Responsive, flexible host.

Just wow. This house is as good as the previous reviews say: the absolute best air bnb we’ve ever stayed in hands down. The owners have phenomenal taste and the level of quality was well beyond expectation. From the luxurious 3 (!) huge designer couches to the Le Creuset cookware to the awesome gas fireplace that warmed us every morning with the flip of a switch, we couldn’t have asked for more. Beds were comfy and linens/furniture were truly impeccable. Having a beautifully appointed, well furnished, thickly carpeted bottom level (with a HUGE TV and kids toys) was ideal for our 1 year old baby to take wobbly steps as we watched with a glass of wine in hand. We left our week-long stay inspired by this perfect Cape house. Thank you to the owners for sharing this beautiful home - if it were mine, I’d never want to leave. As for Del Mar, also our highest praise!Theyre incredibly responsive and accommodating. Tommy, in particular, helped us find this gem of a property! Thank you Tommy!!

Wow, what an incredible experience. The house was absolutely pristine, beautifully decorated, and incredibly spacious. It easily accommodated our crew of eight, including children, with room to spare. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the abundant cookware to the cozy seating areas throughout the home. The ambiance was serene and welcoming, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The deck was the perfect spot to relax when the weather cooperated, and the fire pit created unforgettable evenings under the Cape stars. Even when we were stuck inside during a Nor’easter, there was plenty to do, lots of space to spread out, and endless comfort. The location could not be better. It is just a five to ten minute walk to the beach, a short drive to downtown Chatham, and surrounded by friendly people, great restaurants, and that classic Cape Cod charm. Huge thanks to the hosts for keeping the home in such pristine condition and giving our family the perfect long weekend away

House was very clean with plenty of space for our family of 6. Comfy beds and all the amenities you could need. Great location, walking distance to beaches and short drive to restaurants and other attractions.
