Great location and house. Would stay here again!

Great week in this beautiful, quiet Chatham home. The house was not only well-decorated but also had a very well-stocked kitchen! Big plus in a rental! We loved the private deck, especially for breakfast and late afternoon for cocktails! The living room and eating area were very comfortable too! We can’t wait to come back soon!

The home was beautiful, sunny, and spacious. Home was really clean except for the area rugs were a little dirty. Bathrooms tiny but clean. Ping pong table was a fun treat. Would appreciate some kind of anti-slip surface on the bathtub and a bar mounted to the wall, as it's hard to get in and out of. My elderly mom slipped in the tub and hit her head, ended up needing a CT scan. She seems fine, just very sore all over, but this could've been prevented by a couple measures to make the tub a little safer. AC stopped working mid-stay, but Del Mar sent a person out to fix it. They didn't communicate with us as requested to let us know they were coming, but they did arrive quickly and fixed it satisfactorily. Only other issue is Del Mar described the home as having 2 bathtubs and it had only 1 (the other was a shower stall only). Despite these issues, the home was clean, pleasant, and well-located. I would recommend it but likely won't stay again unless the tub safety issue is addressed.

I stayed in the place with my family. We all loved it. The place was clean, spacious and as advertised. The host, Del Mar, was very responsive and importantly proactive. I highly recommend it. We will use it again next time we visit Cape Cod.
