Our host was wonderful and very accommodating. They communicated clearly with us which helped make our stay stress free. The house was charming and comfortable with all of the modern conveniences. Being able to walk to Nauset Beach was an added "plus" and we thoroughly enjoyed our time experiencing Cape Cod during the Fall.

We loved the location and Del Mar was extremely responsive. We will definitely rent another property with them. We found the house was too small for my family but the house was beautiful and you can hear the ocean from the house.

Property was very clean and well stocked.Quiet neighborhood, great for dog walking. Host was quickly responsive to our text late at night about how to turn on the heat. Would suggest operating instructions at the property for heat/AC units and TV, and a railing for the front step..
