Nice house and great location but needs some care and maintenance. (Example: Small back deck off kitchen is dangerous and needs to be replaced).

Nice home for a weekend getaway with my wife, our friends. Yard fully fenced in for dogs which is hard to find and extremely valuable to us. Cozy home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Would certainly stay here again

Most everything about the house was very good to excellent and the hot tub was awesome! Our only disappointment was with one of the "bedrooms". One of the 3 was above the garage and was not a bedroom. It was a game room with a trundle bed. There were no drawers, closets and NO bathroom. Plus it was not attached to the house. So they would have to go outside to get into the house and their clothes were in the house as opposed to sitting on the floor or in their suitcases. We were there with our children and had to ask our daughter to take that room with her boyfriend since my daughter in law is expecting. It was awkward and not ideal. Was it a disaster - no, but was not ideal and we feel we paid a lot for the week to have a situation like that.no other complaints and if that is not an issue with you it is otherwise a great house in an ideal location - 2 miles from Nauset beach and 1.5 miles from the Barley Neck inn so was convenient. Owner and DelMar were terrific.
