We go to the Cape every October for a family weekend. This was a spectacular home, everything was just as advertised and more. The staff at DelMar Vacations are very responsive for any need you may have.

We had a terrific stay at this house! In a beautiful part of Orleans with a lovely view of the pond. The house was everything w. were looking for,

The house was accurately represented, and we loved the quiet neighborhood, spacious rooms and pond view. The kitchen had everything we needed. Del Mar was responsive, fixing the TVs, (both were never hooked up) but we couldn’t find the switch for the outdoor lights, and the solar lights by the pool didn’t work. The porch was nice, but the dirty cushions were a concern with young children. The first-floor air conditioning was great, but we lost cooling upstairs after a few nights. Del Mar offered portable units, but it was too late in our stay. There was also a hole in the wall of the garage that seems very unsafe, especially for children who make wine into it. In general, we had beautiful weather, and we took advantage of the pool and the spacious bright surroundings. I definitely think there's some things that they can easily do to fix some of the things that make the house rough around the edges. Unfortunately, I had to deal with Del Mar, but they were excellent every time?!
