great location, clear communication--easy rental. Kitchen amenities were OK--Kitchen small and not well stocked.

We had a fantastic stay at this Cape Cod home! It was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 4 little human. The property also has clean and comfortable bedrooms and 2 huge living rooms which gave us plenty of space to rest and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve meals, and the deck and backyard were ideal for relaxing (wish the weather had allowed us to BBQ!). Just a 10-minute walk to Nauset Beach, so we didn’t need to drive much. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, though it gets quite dark at night due to no street lights. The hosts were very responsive, which was a huge plus. A couple of small issues: the basement bedroom was colder than the rest of the house, and while we arrived with 3 cars as instructed, it seemed the driveway could’ve fit 4. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended for families or groups looking for a relaxing beach getaway!
