If location to the beach is the most important requirement of your stay, this is perfect! Out your door and down your path - the tide changes make this a massive playground and uncrowded. Unit tends toward small, and could use some updating;but fine for 4 adults on girls weekend with lots of little perks and good use of space! Minutes from shopping for staples, or short drives to many wonderful adventures. Would stay again . Sunsets were amazing.PS and a good place to spot mermaids

Perfect location right on the beach, and great features — especially the outdoor shower and patio. Also the host was very responsive and made check-in / questions easy

We absolutely loved it! The location is perfect, just a short path from one of the most spectacularly beautiful beaches on Cape Cod. It is a rustic beach rental and that was perfect for us. Also appreciated the easy and clear communication with Del Mar, especially the helpful reminder text messages before checkin and checkout.

We have spent a lot of time in the Orleans, MA area over the years, so we are familiar with Skaket Beach. What we didn't realize is that this condo has a PRIVATE SECTION of beach, which made our beach days far more enjoyable. The condo is right off the public beach parking, but you can enter without cost and skip the lines. We met the owner of the condo above this one, and she was so friendly!
