We loved our time at 23 South Orleans Rd. We know that staying at a house on the water is more expensive, but we think it is a bit overpriced. A couple of thoughts - there is a screen missing in the living room window and the boards used to get to the water are shaky and unsafe. They need to be strengthened. Lastly, the Yak is being sold but it looks awful now. That does not give someone a positive feel when you drive into the driveway. The house was excellent overall - the setting was beautiful from the upper deck and the kayaking and paddleboarding were wonderful. Del Mar stayed in touch with us, and our arrival and departure instructions were clear. Thanks.

Beautiful home to relax and enjoy family time kayaking in the cove, enjoying sunrise over the water and walking to restaurants and shops. Very clean and homey with antique furniture and well stocked kitchen for family meals. We all enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

We had a great stay in Orleans. The house was conveniently located and walkable to a number of restaurants. The house itself was comfortable and very clean. The location was also very private and peaceful. We would definitely rent this house again.
