Our stay was great! The house and location were exactly as described. Del Mar was a great host - very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time at this location. The kids loved the beach and water being so close. Plenty of room for the entire group.

Our stay in Orleans, MA was wonderful. The house was just as beautiful as in the description. It was very clean and the instructions to get into the house were clear. Del Mar responded promptly to the few questions we had while there. I would highly recommend renting through Del Mar. We found them through Airbnb and the process of going through Airbnb was easy and convenient.

The house is spacious, especially for three of us and a happy dog. It's very quiet (at least in late May), light, well equipped and super clean. There are many stairs from the parking area up to the front door, which allow the living room, kitchen/dining area and two upstairs bedrooms to enjoy lovely views of the sea. The living room offers plenty of sitting space, but lighting is dim; we moved in lamps from other rooms but there was still insufficient light for comfortable reading. The principal bedroom is large, with an exceptional mattress and ensuite bathroom. A major drawback is the tiny shower stall in the second upstairs bathroom, which is shared by two bedrooms. It would be helpful if the owners provided info about the environs (nearby beaches, favorite restaurants); house instructions (ie. which of the three kitchen waste bins are for what items (recycling, etc.); and additional hangers. It's an easy house to live in, totally comfortable. We'd come again.
