The beach is close enough to walk but no where to walk but along a busy road. House was nice. Mattresses need updated and not just topped. Overall, a decent place for the money.

This was a perfect spot for our girls weekend with plenty of room for 5 of us to spread out. The space was private and quiet, very clean and accommodating with lots of natural light. The beds were really comfortable with clean, cozy linens and pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor space was perfect for coffee, afternoon cocktails and outdoor meals…and a total bonus was the smell of wild grapes growing on surrounding vines. The location was easy proximity to Nauset beach and downtown. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% stay here again.
