The listing was accurate, the house was in great condition and Del Mar was responsive to all our requests.

This place was great! Totally private and the large back deck looks out over a pond and is westward facing, so you get great views of the sunset. We were a family of 4 (two small kids), and this place easily accommodated us. It essentially has two primary bedrooms (both en suite), so it is set up to accommodate multiple families as well.
