This home is a gem on the most special street in Eastham. It's private, peaceful, stunningly beautiful and the home is very comfortable for a small family or group of friends. We didn't want to leave!

Location was ideal for kayaking and general exploring in the October season.

This home is a true Cape Cod classic! Pine floors and cabinets, decor of bedrooms and living room... The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The location is very convenient to beaches, trails, grocery stores, theaters... The layout of the home made it easy for us to have visitors: There is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom at one end of the home and there are 2 guest bedrooms with shared bath at the other end of the home. So, we had our privacy even when we had guests. We had a few questions during our stay, and Del Mar answered them promptly and pleasantly.
