First up, the cons: The biggest issue we encountered was non of the information we received before arriving specifically in relation to the lock access codes and WiFi were correct and I had to call the helpline only to end up being asked to leave a message by the machine both times. The first time I received an immediate call back but the second time it took longer to get a call back. Also the photos are very outdated and the house is more worn down with the skylight in one of the bedroom looking like it was broken. Sound also travels a lot in the house meaning we had to be very quiet if people were still sleeping. The sole TV in the house is in the basement and is old and the streaming apps we were trying to use refused to show video due to the tv not having recording protection on it. PROS: The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished and there was even a Brita filter in the fridge. There were also lots of appliances for us to use including a kettle, air fryer, toaster, coffee grinder and coffee machine to name a few. If you’re planning on making more home cooked meals versus eating out, this house is a solid pick. It’s also roomy so it had great spaces for people to just sit together and chat. The location is nice and quiet and right next to a bike trail so it would be a great pick for anyone who bikes.

This AirBnB very comfortably hosted our 12-person family vacation! The easily accessible bike trail was a highlight for us. The host was also very responsive to any and all questions I had. Would highly recommend!

Great private location, the house was very clean and it had everything a family needs.

great layout for 3 families sharing the home -- everyone had a comfortable bed and plenty of space. we enjoyed dinners on the back deck and loved the screened in porch. kitchen had all we needed to cook meals. Located at the end of a dead end street, it felt quiet but also convenient to everything: grocery store, quick 15 min drive to beach. Very responsive and friendly in addressing one small issue we had. our stay was only a couple of nights but I could see being comfortable here for a full week on the cape.
