This house was just what my group of 9 needed. The house is situated on Lt. Island in Wellfleet, so it is even more remote than the Outer Cape itself. We spent our nights watching the stars at the lookout. We were there in late October and I swear you could hear a pin drop when you went outside. Our dog loved the short walk to the beach from the home. We had the most wholesome weekend and this house was definitely a contributing factor to that. Further, the hosts were outstanding. Highly responsive and even proactive in their communications. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a tranquil weekend on the Cape.

Wonderful space and place. All of our guests absolutely loved the location, house, and secluded nature of this spot. A couple of our guests mentioned that they did have some trouble sleeping / but it was about 50/50. Regardless, our time was fantastic and we hope to return. Del Mar team was great and we are truly grateful for the nice, quaint, clean, loved, spot we all enjoyed together as a family. Thank you!

The house was perfect for a big family (or 2 if you’re traveling with friends) and our dogs. The light from the sliding glass doors on both ends of the house was perfection. The house is not overly furnished which we loved. The lookout is up a magical sandy path and was one of our favorite spots on the property. Del Mar is a responsive and helpful host. We had some questions that were answered immediately. Very helpful. My only suggestion would be to bring your own water if you’re sensitive to taste as it does taste a little odd.
