What a spacious, gracious spot to spread out and relax in the Wellfleet woods! We loved how easy it was to walk to Long Pond, town, and a short bike/car ride to ocean beaches. The A/C was very welcome during a heat wave, and the home has even more helpful amenities than listed: beach chairs and floating tubes were provided, for example. Thanks!

This is a large, comfortable house perfectly located near town, pond beaches and the ocean. In particular, it is an easy walk to long pond, so you don’t need a parking sticker. We are also cyclists and found that the property is on a popular cycling route on quiet roads (at least in June). The interior of the house has two generous, well furnished common spaces, small comfortable bedrooms with very good beds. Unusual in rentals, this kitchen was very well equipped with good pots, good quality,sharp knives, and plenty of dishes. In every important way, this house was perfect for us. However, there were some minor maintenance issues, and there was an annoying number of ants despite the several ant traps. The fee for dogs is high, and the restrictions somewhat onerous.

Our stay here was so lovely! It’s a great location. The house was perfect for our big group of 10. Will come back next year!

Great home, with a wonderful large living room for groups! Very clean, with beautiful windows all over the house. Very quiet neighborhood but close to town.
