The house was very clean upon arrival and much appreciated. And the house layout and furnishings are great. The neighborhood is private and quiet with a fenced in yard which was ideal for our small dog. There is no access for a long walk or a walk to a beach. Though the loop is nice for a short stroll. A dehumidifier would have helped with musty odor in the upstairs bedrooms. We have allergies and this was an issue. Proximity to Marconi beach is a plus!

WOW! I believe this is the best house we stayed in for a family of 4 and older dog. The house is spacious. My two older children occupied the large bedrooms upstairs and my wife and I enjoyed our own large bedroom with a personal sunroom attached to our room. We've been to the Cape over 14 times in the last 20 years and so far this house has been among the best homes we stayed at for the week. This is the first time we stayed at Wellfleet and we enjoyed its proximity to Wellfleet center, Provincetown, Truro, and our occasional jaunts to Dennis, Hyannis, and Brewster. Recommendations - Restaurants: Bookstore (Wellfleet), Marshside (Dennis), Pepe's (PTown), Brax Landing (Harwich), Fairway (Eastham), Winslow's Tavern (Wellfleet), Topmast Cafe (Truro). Activities: Biking (Little Capistrano's Bike Shop), exploring P'Town, Kayaking (Cape Cod Waterways on Swan River), walking beach on low tide (Wing Island). This beach is free, BUT you will need to do a lot of walking to get to the beach.
