Place was wonderful for people of all ages but mostly loved that the marsh were wonderful place for small ones to explore, feel and touch. Sunsets and rises were spectacular. Great location as well.

The house was well loved and a little worn (as I would expect from a pet friendly home), but very VERY clean and well stocked. The kitchen had cooking supplies and appliances (blender, coffee maker, ice cream maker), the grill was great, and there was plenty of toilet paper and shampoo/conditioner/soap. There were unexpectedly two fridges; the built in fridge was not functional and we weren’t informed to use the second/back up fridge. On two occasions, repair people came to the house with no notice to us but Del Mar was understanding when we turned one away (the second was for the fridge and we knew it needed fixing). The water was incredibly iron heavy, both in taste and smell, but the kitchen has a filter system. Nevertheless, we would rent again! Check in and check out we’re easy. The location is exceptional (keep an eye on the tide times, make sure to jump off the bridge at high tide!) and there are two beautiful beaches within easy walking distance!

Great place!

An absolute gem, or more fittingly, a perfect piece of sea glass. Incredible home on very private island yet near great attractions. Absolutely loved our stay. The island was full of diverse wildlife and the beach had a stunning variety of different seashells. We definitely plan on visiting again. The home easily accommodates a decent group size and was nicely decorated. A quick tide chart download and just plan your day. The allure of a disappearing road only added to our beachy escape experience. The islands beach is very well suited for younger kids with smaller waves and it's much warmer than the Atlantic for everyone to enjoy. Quick short trips to National seashore, lighthouses, Provincetown, great fresh seafood markets. The hosts were wonderful with exceptional communication. We really can't wait to visit again.
