This property is perfect for a group. The main living area has space for everyone to socialize together but there are plenty of quiet spots for some down time as well. My whole group raved about the setup and location. It is an easy walk to restaurants and shopping - but also feels set away from it all in the woods. My group looks forward to staying at this property again in the future.

Great space for our group, lots of room to spread out and varied gathering spaces in the main house.

The Sandbox is a compound of two cottages and a main house. It’s a good accommodation for a group that wants separation. It’s pretty rustic as far as updates go. It was giving me 70’s basement vibes. It could use a big renovations, especially some skylights in the dark living spaces. The managing company is excellent and responsive. The house itself was private, but lacked amenities and wow factor. It’s basically a well-located place to lay your head. Not too much to say otherwise.
