Beautiful, secluded spot and a lovely home. We went with our two young kids and being able to walk to the beach was fabulous.

Cool weather required heat; not intuitive to start heat, but communication great from Del Mar. 3 different internet connections between main house and studio, not intutitive. But again Del Mar responded quickly with the info that helped us connect. Instructions about how to walk through the woods to Newcomb Hollow and how to walk to the various ponds were not provided at the house, but we figured it out. Might be helpful to have these instructions at the house in written form.
